October & December Training: Stickwork & Shooting

Training focus: Building confidence on the field is a LOT about how you feel about your stick skills. Drills will focus on stickwork, shooting, dodging, & small-sided games. Register for one program…or both!
Age: 8th-12th grade
Skill Level: Intermediate & up ONLY / If you’re unsure if your athlete should join this group or our Beginner groups, please email Elise@SDGirlsLax.com prior to registering
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Dates: Option 1—October 13, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29 (6 days) / Option 2—December 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17 (6 days)
Time: 4:30pm-6:00pm (October) / 4:00pm-5:30pm (December)
Location: Robb Field in Ocean Beach / 2525 Bacon Street, 92107 / Go HERE for directions
Coaches: Head Coach Elise / All other coaches are passionate & compassionate post-collegiate lacrosse players

FREE Play Day

Training focus: This 3-hour funday is open to all levels, and you don’t need to be part of San Diego Girls Lacrosse to join! Get the tryout nerves out with some last minute stickwork & shooting with other athletes from schools all over San Diego. Bring your beginner friends, & if you have an extra stick, please bring that, too! Stay for 2 hours or hang around for all 3!
Age: 8th-12th grade ONLY — this is tryout prep work!
Skill Level: All Levels welcome!
