TWO FREE Play Days!

Training focus: Join us for our 5th & 6th free play days this winter! This funday is open to all levels, and you don’t need to be part of San Diego Girls Lacrosse to join! Get the tryout nerves out with some last minute stickwork & shooting with other athletes from schools all over San Diego. Bring your beginner friends, & if you have an extra stick, please bring that, too!
Age: 9th-12th grade ONLY — this is tryout prep work!
Skill Level: All Levels welcome!
Date: Sunday 2/1 & 2/8
Time: 12pm-2pm
Location: Robb Field in Ocean Beach / 2525 Bacon Street, 92107 / Go HERE for directions
What to Bring: Stick, mouthguard, goggles (loaner sticks & goggles available for newbies / Mouthguards available at the field for purchase for $3)
Cost: FREE — NO registration…..just show up!

January Training: Cuts & Small-Sided Games

Training focus: Understanding how to make the most effective cuts and how to defend them. We’ll play lots of small-sided games to practice under pressure.
Age: 9th-12th grade / DEDICATED 8th graders are welcome, but please first email Elise@SDGirlsLax.com to ensure this is a good fit.
Skill Level: Intermediate & up ONLY / MUST have playing experience on a team / Email Elise@SDGirlsLax if you’re unsure if this is a good fit.
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Dates: January 5, 7, 12, 14, 21, 26, 28 (7 days — no training on MLK day 1/19) / Rain make-up days: February 2, 4
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm

Coaches: Head Coach Elise / All other coaches are passionate & compassionate post-collegiate lacrosse players
