December Training: Stickwork & Shooting

Training focus: Building confidence on the field is a LOT about how you feel about your stick skills. Drills will focus on stickwork, shooting, dodging, & small-sided games.
Age: 8th-12th grade
Skill Level: Intermediate & up ONLY / If you’re unsure if your athlete should join this group or our Beginner groups, please email Elise@SDGirlsLax.com prior to registering
Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Dates: December 1, 3, 8, 10, 15, 17 (6 days)
Time: 4:00pm-5:30pm
Location: Robb Field in Ocean Beach / 2525 Bacon Street, 92107 / Go HERE for directions
Coaches: Head Coach Elise / All other coaches are passionate & compassionate post-collegiate lacrosse players

FREE Play Day!

Training focus: This funday is open to all levels, and you don’t need to be part of San Diego Girls Lacrosse to join! Get the tryout nerves out with some last minute stickwork & shooting with other athletes from schools all over San Diego. Bring your beginner friends, & if you have an extra stick, please bring that, too! Athletes are absolutely welcome to come as early as 11am & use the equipment to play on their own while the youth play day is going on.
Age: 8th-12th grade ONLY — this is tryout prep work!
Skill Level: All Levels welcome!
Date: Sunday, December 14th, 2025
