Fundamentals for Beginners CLINIC

It’s all about those fundamentals!! In this 2-hour, small financial investment crash course, we’ll cover ground balls, passing, catching, cradling & shooting. Learn the basics so you can start to practice on your own. If you’re considering trying out for lacrosse at school, don’t wait until next winter to learn! Free loaner equipment available.

Stickwork & Ball Confidence Evening CAMP

Every lacrosse player’s goal should be to want the ball! With solid stick skills comes confidence at every position on the field, but that doesn’t come without practice. This camp will focus on: loads of reps to practice quick stick movement & stick protection, non-dominant hand work, dodging, & shooting from close range to the goal. We’ll end every session with small-sided play to put your skills to work!

This is fast-paced, FUN, and highly beneficial for all levels of field players!
