Beginner Training Programs

It’s all about those fundamentals!! In this crash course, you’ll learn everything to you need to know to feel a whole lot more confident at tryouts. Free loaner equipment available.

Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Dates: Option 1—December 4, 9, 11, 16, 18 (5 days) / Option 2—January 6, 8, 13, 15, 22, (5 days — no training on MLK day)
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm

December Training Program: Stickwork & Shooting

This program is for Intermediate & Up ONLY. Ditch your comfort zone & prepare yourself for your high school teams! We know that the best part of lacrosse is getting out there against the competition, but it’s the off-season individual training that can take an athlete to next-level confidence. All athletes will receive a new reversible jersey.

Training focus: Building confidence on the field is a LOT about how you feel about your stick work. Drills will focus on stick work & shooting!

Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
Dates: 6 days
Time: 4:00pm - 5:30pm

January Training Program: Picks & Small-Sided Play

This program is for Intermediate & Up ONLY. Ditch your comfort zone & prepare yourself for your high school teams!
